How do we process orders?
To ensure that the final dress fits, we will provide custom size and custom color services. So, after receiving your order, we usually send you an email within 48 hours to confirm the size and delivery time information. After confirming the order details, we will start processing the order. We have our own dress factory and our dresses are all handmade. Usually, the processing time is about 2-3 weeks, and for expedited orders, the processing time is about 7-10 working days.

Shipping Policy
1. Production time
All dresses are handmade and customized, and each dress is tailored to your personalized needs, so the production time is usually 2-3 weeks. The specific production time depends on the complexity, design and current order volume of the dress. We will confirm the detailed delivery date with you after receiving the order.
Once the dress is completed and passes the quality inspection, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your order is ready for shipment.
2. Shipping method, cost and shipping time
We mainly provide three shipping methods, mainly including standard shipping, priority shipping and expedited shipping.
Standard shipping: The shipping cost is $0 and the shipping time is 10-15 working days. Usually UPS, USPS is used.
Priority shipping: The shipping cost is $19.99 and the shipping time is 7-12 working days. Usually UPS, DHL is used.
Expedited shipping: The shipping cost is $29.99 and the shipping time is 5-7 working days. FedEx and DHL are usually used.
Note: Total delivery time = production time + transportation time
Total delivery time for standard transportation: production time (10-15 working days) + transportation time (10-15 working days) = 20-30 working days
Total delivery time for priority transportation: production time (10-15 working days) + transportation time (7-12 working days) = 17-27 working days
Total delivery time for expedited transportation: production time (10-15 working days) + transportation time (5-7 working days) = 15-22 working days
3. Delivery method
We cooperate with reliable express companies such as FedEx, EMS, etc. to ensure that your dress is delivered safely and in time. The specific delivery company is selected by us according to your order situation and destination.
4. Package tracking
All orders will be provided with a tracking number after shipment. You can use this number to check the shipping status of the package in real time on the official website of our cooperating express company.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate to avoid delays or loss due to incorrect addresses. If the package is not delivered smoothly due to incorrect addresses or other reasons, we will do our best to assist you to resolve the problem, but the relevant re-delivery costs are borne by the customer.
6. Customs and Duties
For international orders, you may need to pay customs taxes or import duties in the destination country. Tax policies vary from country to country and the specific fees are determined by customs and we have no control over them. We recommend that you understand the relevant tax policies before placing an order and verify relevant information with the local customs department.

Refund and Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing our handmade custom dresses! We are committed to providing you with perfect dresses tailored to your exact measurements. However, since our dresses are carefully crafted to your individual requirements, we have a specific return and exchange policy. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email at GlamGown@outlook.com.
1. Size Issues
If the dress you received is significantly different from the size you confirmed (for example, 1-2cm error is allowed during the production process), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, and we will provide you with modification or re-making services to ensure that you receive a dress that fits perfectly. Please note that the cost of modification is borne by us, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
2. Quality Issues
We promise that all handmade custom dresses have undergone strict quality inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and fabrics. If the dress you received has manufacturing defects or damage (such as tearing, stains, etc.), please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods, and we will repair or replace it for you free of charge. At the same time, you need to provide pictures to prove the problem as detailed as possible. We will take pictures of the dress before shipping to avoid fraud.
3. Not eligible for return and exchange
For special custom-designed dresses (such as unique designs, specific fabrics, etc.), we do not provide return and exchange services. We recommend that you fully communicate with our customer service team before placing an order to ensure that the design and material meet your expectations
For accessories, we do not accept returns. Please note that accessories are final sales.
For custom and plus-size orders, we are sorry that we cannot accept returns, please pay attention to this policy, because even if you return them, we cannot sell them in the future.
For customers who order multiple dresses to try them on at home, then keep one and return the rest, as well as purchase the same dress in different sizes, we are sorry that we cannot accept returns. Because all clothes are made after payment, it is difficult to sell them even if they are returned. I hope you can understand.
4. Return and Exchange Process
If the return conditions are met, customers need to provide the following information:
Product order number
Photo of the dress (if there are quality problems or damage)
Contact customer service for a detailed return address Note: The address on the package is not the actual return address, it is just a transit station or the address of a shipping service provider/agent, and this address cannot receive returns.
If you need to return, please provide the detailed order number + tracking number + logistics method/delivery method. The returned goods must be in their original condition and must not be worn, torn or odorous.

5. Refund Statement
1.All returned dresses must be inspected. When we confirm that the product has the problem you mentioned, we will process the refund. After we process your refund, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the funds to be returned to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge a small transaction fee. Once we receive the returned dress, we will review and process the refund within 2-3 business days.
2. After we receive the returned dress, we will refund (shipping and expedited order service fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee will be charged, for higher-priced, complex beading, sequins and embroidery styles, deducted according to specific costs) If you return the product, we will not be responsible for the return-related costs.
We will contact you as soon as possible and guide you through the return and exchange process.

Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order?
For some reasons, customers want to cancel their order after payment. For this issue, please check our policy as follows:
-Unpaid orders will not be processed. If you don't need it, just ignore it.
-Order cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund. (7% transaction fee should be deducted, please understand this is a fee due to the transaction, not charged by us)
- Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after payment of the order: you will receive a partial refund consisting of 50% of the price of the item and the full shipping costs.
- Cancellation within 72 to 120 hours after payment of the order: you will receive a partial refund consisting of 30% of the price of the item and the full shipping costs.
- Cancellation beyond 120 hours after payment of the order: you will benefit from a partial refund including all shipping costs.
-Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
